FIERCE Foundation programs give women and youth practical support, real opportunity, and community-backed encouragement. Each program helps build resilience, resourcefulness, confidence, and momentum in a different way.
Together We Rise
A scholarship-funded 20-week cohort for women rebuilding capacity, confidence, and direction. Through mentoring, live support, and community, Together We Rise helps women strengthen resourcefulness, rebuild self-trust, and take meaningful next steps toward stability, income, leadership, and self-sufficiency.
Kidz Biz Fair
A youth entrepreneurship experience where young people create, price, market, and sell their own products in a real marketplace. Kidz Biz Fair helps youth build confidence, practice money skills, communicate with customers, and experience themselves as creators, problem-solvers, and young CEOs.
FIERCE Finds
Coming Soon
A community-powered resale pilot that turns donated and sourced items into marketplace-skills practice, flexible income opportunities, and resourcefulness in action. Participants practice sorting, pricing, photographing, communicating, tracking payments, and solving real-world problems with support.
