FIERCE Finds is a community-powered pilot of FIERCE Foundation that turns donated and resale-ready items into marketplace-skills practice, resourcefulness, and community impact for women and families.
Through sorting, photographing, listing, pricing, buyer communication, payment tracking, and pickup coordination, participants gain practical, real-world experience in a simple, supported marketplace environment.
The goal is not just to sell items. The goal is to build confidence, follow-through, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness by using what is already available.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to be ready for something more.
How It Works
Donate:
Community members donate or help source clean, safe, usable items that are appropriate for resale.
Claim a Find:
Items are photographed, priced, and shared through simple Claim a Find posts. Buyers comment CLAIM, complete payment, and pick up during the listed pickup window.
Build Skills:
Participants practice marketplace skills such as pricing, organization, communication, customer service, follow-up, inventory management, and problem-solving.
Create Impact:
Net proceeds help support participant learning, program operations, supplies, and future marketplace-skills opportunities through FIERCE Foundation.

It provides a practical way for donors, buyers, volunteers, and sponsors to support women and families while strengthening the long-term mission of FIERCE Foundation.
Because FIERCE Finds is a pilot, every donated item, claimed find, sponsorship, and volunteer contribution helps test what works, improve the process, and build something sustainable, practical, and community-powered.
How the Program Works

Step 1: The ROADMAP
Self-paced values reflection and goal-setting online
Step 2: 1:1 Guide Meeting
Review your roadmap, confirm eligibility, and clarify your goals
Step 3: Intake & Assessment
Complete wellness screeners, meet your cohort, and map your goals
Step 4: 20-Week Cohort Experience
-Weekly Skills Training (Boundaries, Emotional Regulation, etc.)
-Weekly Behavior Coaching (Accountability and Tools)
-Monthly 1:1 Mentorship Check-Ins
Step 5: Empowerment & Graduation
Capstone presentation: Your personalized Empowerment Declaration
Step 6: Ongoing Support
