See value. Build skills. Create possibility.
FIERCE Finds is a hands-on learning experience that teaches women foundational online selling and small-business skills through real marketplace practice.
Starting with donated, found, or responsibly sourced items keeps the barrier to entry low and reinforces one of FIERCE's core beliefs:
Resourcefulness begins by recognizing what is already in your hands.
Participants gain experience researching value, photographing products, writing listings, pricing, communicating with customers, managing transactions, coordinating fulfillment, tracking money, and making reinvestment decisions.

FIERCE Finds is a community-powered pilot of FIERCE Foundation that turns donated and resale-ready items into marketplace-skills practice, resourcefulness, and community impact for women and families.
Through sorting, photographing, listing, pricing, buyer communication, payment tracking, and pickup coordination, participants gain practical, real-world experience in a simple, supported marketplace environment.
The goal is not just to sell items. The goal is to build confidence, follow-through, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness by using what is already available.
Community members and businesses can support FIERCE Finds by donating appropriate resale-ready items, purchasing FIERCE Finds, volunteering expertise, providing marketplace education, or sponsoring the program.
Each contribution helps create practical learning experiences where women can build skills through action.
