What is Kidz Biz Fair?
Kidz Biz Fair an experience where young entrepreneurs create their own products, set up a booth, and sell to real customers in a one-day marketplace. The fair is hosted through the Acton Children’s Business Fair platform and supported by the FIERCE Foundation, Acton Midwest, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to be ready for something more.
Skills youth build
Creativity and product design.
Goal-setting and simple planning.
Basic budgeting and money management.
Talking with customers and sharing their story.
Finishing what they start from idea to booth day.
Partnership and support
Kidz Biz Fair runs on community support. The Acton Children’s Business Fair framework provides the backbone. The FIERCE Foundation and Acton Midwest help host and coordinate. Sponsors, volunteers, and families help make sure booths, supplies, and access are possible for as many young entrepreneurs as possible.

Step 1: The ROADMAP
Self-paced values reflection and goal-setting online
Step 2: 1:1 Guide Meeting
Review your roadmap, confirm eligibility, and clarify your goals
Step 3: Intake & Assessment
Complete wellness screeners, meet your cohort, and map your goals
Step 4: 20-Week Cohort Experience
-Weekly Skills Training (Boundaries, Emotional Regulation, etc.)
-Weekly Behavior Coaching (Accountability and Tools)
-Monthly 1:1 Mentorship Check-Ins
Step 5: Empowerment & Graduation
Capstone presentation: Your personalized Empowerment Declaration
Step 6: Ongoing Support
