Together We Rise is open to all women seeking meaningful change—whether you’re managing stress, striving for stability, or ready to step into greater resilience and well-being. Our participants come from diverse backgrounds, including working women navigating financial pressures.

Step 1: The ROADMAP
Start with self-paced values reflection and goal-setting online.
Step 2: 1:1 Guide Meeting
Refine your goals and begin intake.
Step 3: Intake & Assessment
Complete wellness screeners and meet your cohort.
Step 4: 20-Week Cohort Experience
Includes weekly skills training (e.g., boundaries, emotional regulation), behavior coaching, and monthly 1:1 mentorship.
Step 5: Capstone Empowerment Declaration
Present your personalized plan for sustained growth.
Step 6: Join the FIERCE Network
Access long-term peer support, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.

Flexible Support for Every Participant
Thanks to generous funding and community support, Together We Rise is accessible. During intake, we’ll privately explore your financial needs—including whether you meet ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) criteria—to determine scholarship or subsidized participation. No separate applications required.
Our goal is to meet you where you are—with dignity, compassion, and support.
