Together We Rise

Real women. Real stories. Real change — grounded in research, rooted in compassion, and moved by intentional, guided action.

You’ve carried so much for so long. This is your space to pause, reset, and rise — surrounded by community, supported by evidence-based care, and rooted in your own strength.

Whether you’re finding your footing or ready for your next chapter, Together We Rise helps you rebuild confidence, stability, and purpose — one intentional step at a time.

Who Should Participate

Together We Rise is open to all women seeking meaningful change — especially those referred through nonprofit and community partners.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just have to be ready to take one small, fierce step toward yourself.

How It Works

Step 1: Start with the self-paced 1Life ROADMAP — clarify your values and goals online.

Step 2: Meet 1:1 with a guide to personalize your plan.

Step 3: Complete intake and explore your current well-being.

Step 4: Join your 20-week experience with weekly group coaching, skills training, and mentorship.

Step 5: Craft your Empowerment Declaration — your plan for continued growth.

Step 6: Stay connected through the FIERCE Network, our ongoing peer and leadership community.

Accessible Support for Every Woman

Thanks to generous donors and community partners, Together We Rise is accessible to all women.

During intake, we’ll privately discuss financial support options and explore whether you meet ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) criteria — no separate applications required.

Our goal is to ensure you can participate with dignity, compassion, and care.
