What Is the FIERCE Network?
The FIERCE Network is a for-profit empowerment community and sister organization aligned with the mission of the FIERCE Foundation. Founded by Dr. Carolyn Colleen, the Network provides tools, connection, and coaching for women navigating transitions, reclaiming their voice, and stepping into leadership.
Although independently operated, the FIERCE Network shares a portion of its proceeds to help fund the FIERCE Foundation’s programming, scholarships, and stipends—ensuring that more women can rise, regardless of financial circumstance.
This is collective empowerment in action.
Who It Supports
Many members of the FIERCE Network are graduates of our Together We Rise program. Others are women navigating major life pivots—entrepreneurs, caregivers, survivors, creatives, and leaders stepping into their next chapter.
The Network helps women:
Reclaim confidence and clarity
Build authentic community
Lead from lived experience
Contribute meaningfully to others growth
With monthly calls, peer support, and opportunities to mentor or co-create, it becomes more than a group—it becomes a movement.
Why It Matters
Transformation doesn’t happen in isolation. When women have access to ongoing community, practical tools, and values-aligned mentorship, the ripple effect is generational.
The Network helps women:
